Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Tako (the "Site") values your privacy. This policy explains what information the Site collects and how it's used. The Site has no sign-up or login, and does not directly collect personally identifying information such as your name, email, or phone number.

2. Information that may be collected automatically

The Site is hosted on the Vercel platform. In the course of running the service, access records (IP address, browser type, access time, and so on) may be temporarily processed as the hosting provider's standard logs. This is for service delivery and security, and is not used by the Site operator to identify individuals.

The service also stores, as a fun feature, anonymous stats on how many oracle results came out long vs. short and the public price at the time of each oracle. This data isn't tied to any individual and is used only to show today's oracle split and accuracy.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

To improve service quality and serve ads, the Site uses or plans to use the third-party services below, and cookies may be used in the process.

• Google Analytics: may collect anonymized usage data, such as visitor counts and page-usage stats, to help improve the service.
• Google AdSense: third-party ad vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. Personalized ads may be shown in the process.

You can turn off personalized ads at Google Ad Settings, and opt out of third-party ad cookies at aboutads.info. You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then be limited.

4. Local storage (localStorage)

For convenience, the Site stores in your browser's local storage your theme setting (dark/light), your last oracle result and the wait time until the next one, and whether you dismissed the Telegram notice. This data doesn't identify you, stays only on your device, and is not sent to any server. Clearing your browser data deletes it too.

5. Sharing personal data with third parties

Since the Site doesn't directly collect or store your personal data, it doesn't sell or share it with third parties. The third-party services in section 3 (Google) process data under their own privacy policies.

6. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 14, and does not knowingly collect children's personal data.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised in line with law or service changes, and any changes will be posted on this page.
